Como funciona
Tablet samples are placed in the dual Phi286 mm drums. The intelligent controller drives the drums at the preset speed (20-100 rpm) and preset number of turns (5-900); each revolution causes tablets to fall 156 mm, simulating mechanical impact. The LCD displays preset and real-time values simultaneously (time-division) and the machine stops automatically when the set turn count is reached. The operator then weighs the sample loss to calculate friability percentage.
