Como funciona
Operator loads a cylindrical product into the wrap jig. A stepper-driven traction belt advances the label web; a Leuze German photoeye detects each label edge and triggers the peel. As the label peels, a pressing cylinder rolls the product against the label, wrapping it around the full circumference of the product. Backing paper is rewound onto the take-up reel.
Processo de funcionamento
1Operator loads a cylindrical product into the wrap jig.
2A stepper-driven traction belt advances the label web; a Leuze German photoeye detects each label edge and triggers the peel.
3As the label peels, a pressing cylinder rolls the product against the label, wrapping it around the full circumference of the product.
4Backing paper is rewound onto the take-up reel.
