SED-90HKY-Q — Water-Lubricated Oil-Free Screw Type

Single-screw + dual star-wheel architecture. The pressure differential generated by the compressor itself continuously injects purified lubrication water into the compression chamber and bearings during operation. The water forms a stiff film between rotor, star wheels and casing — the star wheels are driven directly by the main rotor. The water lubricates the graphite bearings at both ends of the star wheels, acts as a gas-seal (superior to dry-screw designs), absorbs compression heat (improving efficiency, eliminating thermal-expansion seizure risk), and reduces high-frequency compression noise. Compressed air temperature stays ≤50 °C; water is recycled in a closed loop and auto-replaced every 200 hours to keep calcium content minimal.
