The rolling head uses a four-wheel flat-swing working principle. The cap sorter feeds caps smoothly to the stainless steel cap-fitting assembly, which positions each cap precisely onto the bottle mouth. The rolling heads then apply the knurling automatically, producing a uniform, smooth, wrinkle-free seal with good efficiency.

Rolling head center distance precisely adjusted; reduces centrifugal force during normal operation; guide shaft sleeve surface strengthened; tight fit with roller shaft bearing reduces working pulse; equipment operates without vibration even at high speed
Drive system and dial-wheel system equipped with buffer overload protection; startup equipped with elastic element absorption; smooth and gentle; in case of accident, overload device immediately cuts off power and machine stops automatically
Suitable for twist-off aluminum anti-theft cap bottle formats
