Como funciona
Removable bulk hopper-bin loaded with powder/granule blend (50–80% fill) is hydraulically lifted onto the rotating arm of the column. The arm tilts and rotates the bin around an inclined axis at 3–15 rpm via a 4 kW Boneng helical-gear reducer. Tumbling action homogenizes material to ≥99% uniformity in 1–59 minutes (programmable). PLC controls cycle, prints batch records via SiuPo printer. After cycle, hydraulic lift returns bin to floor and operator rolls it away.
