Como funciona
Bottles enter on the conveyor and are clamped by linear side-clamp grippers, then flipped 180° to mouth-down. Linked valves open and pneumatic nozzles rise into the bottle mouth, ejecting a high-velocity linear water/compressed-air column that reflects off the bottle's curved base to rinse the entire interior. After rinsing, nozzles retract, bottles flip back upright, and exit the machine. If no bottle is detected, the flip mechanism does not activate.
Processo de funcionamento
1Bottles enter on the conveyor and are clamped by linear side-clamp grippers, then flipped 180° to mouth-down.
2Linked valves open and pneumatic nozzles rise into the bottle mouth, ejecting a high-velocity linear water/compressed-air column that reflects off the bottle's curved base to rinse the entire interior.
3After rinsing, nozzles retract, bottles flip back upright, and exit the machine.
4If no bottle is detected, the flip mechanism does not activate.
