Como funciona
Tablets are loaded into two vibrating bowls that orient and feed the special-action sieve counting plate, which delivers tablets into four parallel discharge channels. Photo-electric sensors verify each tablet count; bottles are conveyed under the discharge spouts by a 120 W conveyor motor, and a no-bottle-no-fill sensor stops dispensing when no bottle is present. Variable-frequency control (Delta inverter) sets bowl/conveyor speed to match upstream/downstream rates.
