Como funciona
The motor drives the bottle sorting disc via gear transmission. Bottles in the hopper are carried upward through semicircular grooves in the rotating disc. The flip-plate mechanism automatically rights any inverted bottle, delivering a continuous stream of upright bottles to the outfeed conveyor for downstream processing.

Before production: wipe machine outer surfaces and bottle-feed track with a clean damp cloth; wipe machine interior after opening the cover; clean hopper inside and outside with a clean cloth, then disinfect with 75% industrial alcohol.
