An induction generator (high-power FET module + high-frequency switching power supply) drives a coil mounted above the bottle conveyor. As bottles travel beneath the coil on a thickened conveyor belt (0-12.5 m/min, adjustable knob), the alternating magnetic field induces eddy currents in the aluminum foil liner inside the cap. The foil heats almost instantly, melting the adhesive film below it and bonding it to the bottle mouth in a non-contact hermetic seal. Forced air cooling keeps the generator stable for continuous duty. Generator height and conveyor speed are adjusted to match bottle diameter (typical bottle-mouth-to-generator gap 2-15 mm depending on bottle size).

Pre-production and post-shift: wipe outer surface of machine and bottle conveyor with clean wet towel until clean and dust-free. Mechanical parts may be cleaned with detergent (alcohol) and a clean cloth; do not splash water/detergent on electronic components. Touch screen, signal lights and counter windows: wipe with clean dry cloth. Lubricate transmission chain inside conveyor and adjustment knobs monthly with lubricating oil (grease in cold months).
