Como funciona
Cans are conveyed into position by a POM link-chain belt. A photoelectric sensor detects can presence and the servo system starts the turntable. The turntable positions each can under a dual-head sealing station where the lid is aligned with the can rim; two sets of first-pass then second-pass wrapping rolls sequentially seam-seal the can lid while the can body remains stationary. On jam, the PLC automatically stops the turntable and triggers an alarm; one-key reset clears the fault and restarts. Sealed cans are conveyed out by the exit belt.
Processo de funcionamento
1Cans are conveyed into position by a POM link-chain belt.
2A photoelectric sensor detects can presence and the servo system starts the turntable.
3The turntable positions each can under a dual-head sealing station where the lid is aligned with the can rim; two sets of first-pass then second-pass wrapping rolls sequentially seam-seal the can lid while the can body remains stationary.
