Material is fed by hopper into the crushing chamber where rotating blades shear material against fixed blades (2 fixed + 15 rotating). Properly sized particles pass through the screen plate and are collected below; oversized particles are retained and continue to be reduced. Output particle size is adjusted by replacing the screen plate.
