Como funciona
Empty cups are stored on a slanted buffer rod (50-100 cup capacity) and dispensed one by one into the mould plate by a pneumatic cup-drop mechanism (upgradeable to servo motor). Liquid/paste is manually poured into a 40 L hopper. The pneumatic piston filling unit fills product by adjustable timing on the HMI. The machine then rolls and positions a reel of sealing film over the filled cup, heat-seals it (constant temperature controlled by Omron controller + SSR), and cuts the film. The finished cup is then discharged via a customizable delivery mechanism.
Processo de funcionamento
