Como funciona
Material enters the mill chamber via screw conveyor where it is sheared and milled by fast-rotating blades (spindle 3200 rpm). Powder passes the guide ring and enters the classifier chamber. As the classification wheel rotates, air force and centrifugal force act on the powder: particles whose diameters exceed the critical diameter (set by wheel speed) have greater mass and are thrown back into the mill chamber for further grinding; particles smaller than the critical diameter enter the cyclone separator and dust-collecting box. Water-cooling jackets around the mill chamber and bearing areas dissipate heat.
