Como funciona
PET bottles enter via the air conveyor and transfer to the rinser via star-wheel grippers. No-bottle-no-wash logic conserves water; clamp-on neck holders rotate-flush each bottle 360° (high-efficiency mechanical rinse valves, 0.2 MPa, ~600 kg/h). Bottles right and transfer to the main filler. Vacuum-design balanced-pressure fill valves with igus springs dose juice/water phase at ≤0.15 MPa, achieving ±2-3% precision via SUS304 chrome-lined valves. Bottles transfer to the pulp-fill carousel where 8 dedicated heads dose viscous fruit pulp (special pulp valves) into the bottle. Bottles then index to the 4-head capper, where magnetic torque-controlled spinning heads pick screw caps from the vibratory feeder (with imported sensors) and seal each bottle.
