Como funciona
Bottles are loaded onto a stainless-steel chain conveyor (3042B) that passes through a print station and then into a long sintering tunnel. Resistance wires (high-temperature nichrome, 3.5 kW per stick) heat the tunnel to 50-1200°C as set by the Yuandong smart temperature controller; the printed ink/glaze fuses with the glass, producing a permanent, glossy color mark. Inverter-controlled 0.75 kW motor provides variable speed for adjustable dwell time in the oven.
Processo de funcionamento
1Bottles are loaded onto a stainless-steel chain conveyor (3042B) that passes through a print station and then into a long sintering tunnel.
