Como funciona
Material from hopper or feeder free-falls through a sealed Φ50 mm vertical channel between two electromagnetic detection coils. When a metal particle disturbs the high-frequency field, the controller calculates the signal and pulses a solenoid that drives the reject flap; a slug of contaminated material is deflected to the reject mouth while clean product continues to the main outlet. Reject-flap speed is adjustable; rejection counts are logged on the LCD and clearable by the operator.
