Como funciona
Material flows through a sealed Φ35 mm vertical channel that passes between two electromagnetic detection coils. When a metal particle disturbs the high-frequency electromagnetic field, the controller measures the phase/amplitude shift and identifies the contamination. Based on configurable sensitivity, the controller fires a fast pneumatic flap valve (3–5 Bar air) to deflect the contaminated slug into a reject chute, while clean material continues to the main outlet. Each rejection event is logged on the LCD; sensitivity can be tuned per product, and the count cleared manually.
