SED-66YPYT-K — SED-66YPYT-K Round Bottle Print-and-Apply Labeling Machine

Bottles enter via a screw-type infeed mechanism that separates and aligns them onto the stainless conveyor at consistent spacing. A stepper-motor traction drive advances the label web and applies labels via the press-on mechanism. The integrated Honeywell printer prints variable data (batch,date,barcode) onto the label immediately before application. SICK and Panasonic photoeyes detect bottle presence and label registration; a Hampson sensor detects missed labels. A rejection mechanism removes non-conforming bottles from the line.
