Granular materials sit in 55 ISO-B die holes; punches mounted on a rotating turret follow a circular up/down trajectory. Upper and lower punches simultaneously and uniformly compress the granules — this gives air time to escape, improves tablet density uniformity, and reduces capping. A three-impeller force feeder maintains constant filling pressure; a rotary encoder + pressure sensor + reject solenoid eliminates off-spec tablets in-line. Servo system replaces manual handwheel for pressure and fill adjustments.
