Crank-driven mechanical press: the motor drives the flywheel and crankshaft through a clutch/brake; the crank converts rotary motion into a reciprocating slider stroke. The operator places the workpiece and die under the slider; the slider strikes downward to perform punching, blanking, or shallow forming through the bolster blanking hole (Φ160 mm).
