Hydraulic cylinders drive the slider downward at fast-approach speed, switch to working speed during the bend, then retract at return speed. The CNC system controls slider Y-axis position and the servo-driven back-gauge X-axis. Multi-point wedge compensation corrects table deflection across the full 2500 mm worktable length. Higher-tier control systems (TP10S, DA-53T) add servo-synchronous control, deflection compensation, and angle programming for more precise results.
