Como funciona
Needle tubes are indexed and fed by a star-wheel rotary indexing mechanism with a rod/twist mechanism that rotates the needle tube during labeling. A SICK GTB6-N1212 photoelectric sensor detects product presence. The Videojet 6320 TTO printer pre-prints batch number and production date onto the label. The Siemens PLC then activates the Panasonic servo motor to drive the label web synchronously, peeling and applying the printed label to the side of the needle tube. A pressing component ensures flat, attractive label adhesion.
Processo de funcionamento
1Needle tubes are indexed and fed by a star-wheel rotary indexing mechanism with a rod/twist mechanism that rotates the needle tube during labeling.
2A SICK GTB6-N1212 photoelectric sensor detects product presence.
3The Videojet 6320 TTO printer pre-prints batch number and production date onto the label.
4The Siemens PLC then activates the Panasonic servo motor to drive the label web synchronously, peeling and applying the printed label to the side of the needle tube.
