Como funciona
Gum slabs are sliced into stick-shape pieces by the automatic cutter, then conveyed to the wrapper. Each stick is wrapped in aluminum foil, then receives a waist (mid) paper wrap, and finally an outer printed wrap. PLC + touchscreen control with VFD speed regulation; photocell detection registers each printed eye-mark on the wrapper film; photoelectric safety devices guard the operator interface.

1Gum slabs are sliced into stick-shape pieces by the automatic cutter, then conveyed to the wrapper.
