Como funciona
The screw feeder delivers powder from the storage hopper via sealed spiral conveying to the screw metering unit; a servo-driven auger rotates to the preset number of turns for precise volumetric metering. The 8-station given-bag machine then performs: bag take → date-code print → bag open → powder fill with vibration compaction → poker to clear bridging → bag shaping → finished product output — all in synchronized sequence, with no-bag/no-powder interlocks preventing packaging.
Processo de funcionamento
