Como funciona
Continuous box-type gas-flush packaging process: the top film (600 mm wide) is driven by a high-speed precision film-transport system, with Omron photoelectric tracking maintaining label registration. The bottom film is formed into box shapes at workstations using 6061 aluminium alloy moulds. After product is loaded, the gas-replacement system evacuates the box and fills it with mixed gas (precision 99.0–99.5%). The top and bottom films are heat-sealed between the heating plate and the lower mould. A single punch-cut operation with easy-tear notch completes cutting. Trim waste is recovered by the mould-frame roll-in recovery device. The machine is equipped with protection for phase loss, phase reversal, over-voltage, under-voltage, and leakage.
Processo de funcionamento
1Continuous box-type gas-flush packaging process: the top film (600 mm wide) is driven by a high-speed precision film-transport system, with Omron photoelectric tracking maintaining label registration.
2The bottom film is formed into box shapes at workstations using 6061 aluminium alloy moulds.
