Como funciona

Two cylindrical legs joined into a 'V' rotate about a horizontal axis. As the V tumbles through 360 degrees the powder repeatedly splits between the two legs and recombines at the apex, alternating divide-and-merge flow. The asymmetric V geometry eliminates centrifugal segregation and dead zones; mixing CV reaches ≤5% in 6–10 min. Optional intensifier bar inside the V provides forced mixing for fine, lumpy or moisture-bearing powders. Discharge is via a stainless butterfly valve at the apex.
