SED-600TZJ-B — 5-Gallon Bottled Water Production Line

Empty 5-gallon bottles enter on a conveyor and reach a 4-station auto loader where pneumatic cylinders flip and push bottles onto the wash-fill-cap monoblock's chain carriers (4 bottles per cycle). The monoblock runs 8 sequential rinsing stations across 4 lines: hot-detergent (×2), dryer, recycled pure-water (×2), dryer, pure-water (×2). PLC-controlled chain stops align each bottle under the matching nozzle for a precisely timed rinse. After rinsing, the filling head dispenses pure water with adjustable fill time and automatic drain-back of residual water. Bottles then move under a wind-blow cap feeder that drops a cap onto each bottle, and a conveyor-press capper presses the caps on while bottles continue moving — no stop required. Finished bottles exit on a 4 m conveyor.
