Como funciona
Powder/granule materials are loaded through the DN400 manhole into the double-cone tank. A 2.2 kW horizontal motor drives the cone via a V-belt to a WPA-120 reducer and a chain to the main shaft, rotating the cone at 1.5–12 rpm (inverter-set). The converging/diverging cone geometry causes the powder bed to fold up/down and inside/outside as it rotates, ensuring uniform mixing. After mixing, the operator stops the rotation with the cone's butterfly outlet pointing down and discharges through a DN150 stainless-steel butterfly valve.
