Como funciona
Film unwinds from the roll (max Φ320 mm) under servo-driven film-pulling tension control. The film passes through a former that wraps it into a tube around the product. A centre-seal station heats and crimps the back seam; high-sensitivity photo-eye reads the register mark to position the cut. Heat-cut end-seal jaws then close and shear the front and rear ends of each bag with independently controlled temperature. Operators set product parameters from the Kunlun Tongtai touchscreen HMI.
