SED-600SDJ-C fully automatic side-sealing bag-making machine. Produces side-seal and bottom-seal bags from HDPE (0.02–0.06 mm) or LDPE (0.04–0.1 mm) film. Bag length 250–750 mm, width 250–600 mm, mechanical speed 120–200
Como funciona
Roll film unwinds from an automatic air-shaft/plug-shaft unwinder (max diameter 800 mm) with EPC edge correction and 2.5 kg magnetic-powder tension control. A Yaskawa 3 kW servo motor drives intermittent feeding while a CPG 1.5 kW main motor with Yaskawa inverter powers the main drive. LEUZE photocell tracks print marks for accurate registration. The side-seal knife uses principal-axis transmission belt and cylinder lifting, with water-cycle cooling and high-grade heating element for stable temperature. A turnover side-seal knife design (tilts 60°) facilitates cleaning. Finished bags are collected by an optional automatic collection table (AC motor with inverter).
