A revolution motor drives two planetary blades that simultaneously orbit (0-35 rpm) and self-rotate (0-58 rpm) inside the vessel for full kneading and circulation with a low-clearance design that eliminates dead zones. A separate dispersion motor spins the high-speed shaft (0-1450 rpm) carrying two staggered Φ80 mm dispersion discs to apply shear and emulsification via synchronous belt drive. A jacket carries water or oil for heating/cooling, with additional base heating tubes (0.5 kW × 2). The whole process can run under vacuum to remove entrained air. A vacuum buffer tank prevents pump oil backflow.
