Como funciona
Two cylindrical legs joined into a 'V' rotate about a horizontal axis driven through a reduction gear. As the asymmetric vessel turns, powder repeatedly splits between the two legs and recombines at the apex; each rotation moves about 25% of the material from one cylinder to the other, simultaneously generating radial flow. The alternating transverse and radial decompose-and-combine cycles achieve highly uniform blending in short cycle times with no dead zones.

Clean drum after each batch — smooth stainless inner wall; after work, clean especially inside barrel to prevent material residue. Check reducer lubricating oil (30# mechanical oil) and lubricate transmission chain with grease. Six-monthly major maintenance: replace reducer oil, check electrical aging.
