Como funciona
Product is loaded into the SUS304 jacketed kettle through the lid's liquid-feed port. The PTFE-bladed scraping frame agitator continuously wipes the heated wall while the top-mounted homogenizer (2,800 rpm) shears the bulk into a stable emulsion. A rotary-vane vacuum pump pulls the kettle to -0.090 MPa to deaerate, while electric heat is delivered via the jacket. After processing, the lid is electrically lifted and the emulsion is discharged by tilting the pot.
Processo de funcionamento
1Product is loaded into the SUS304 jacketed kettle through the lid's liquid-feed port.
2The PTFE-bladed scraping frame agitator continuously wipes the heated wall while the top-mounted homogenizer (2,800 rpm) shears the bulk into a stable emulsion.
3A rotary-vane vacuum pump pulls the kettle to -0.090 MPa to deaerate, while electric heat is delivered via the jacket.
4After processing, the lid is electrically lifted and the emulsion is discharged by tilting the pot.
