Material is fed into 6 vibration discharge chutes that drop into 6 weighing buckets monitored by a high-precision PLC weighing module. Once target weight is reached, the chuck-positioned single-bottle collection hopper releases the charge into the awaiting bottle. PLC + 7-inch HMI manages the recipes, vibration speed, and dust extraction at the discharge port.
