Como funciona
Powder and binder are loaded into an inverted conical 304 SS bowl. The main impeller rotates at 120/240 rpm (3kW VFD) producing circumferential, radial, and axial fluidization with 1.0-1.5mm bottom clearance. A side-mounted multi-blade U-shaped chopper rotates at 1500/3000 rpm (1.5kW VFD) cutting wet mass into uniform granules of 20-60 mesh. Binder can be sprayed, dripped, or directly mixed. Inflatable shaft seal protects the drives; switches to water during CIP. All operations occur in one sealed container — dry mix, wet granulate, discharge — meeting GMP requirements.
