Como funciona
Pneumatic suction nozzles draw caps from the elevated cap hopper into the cap chute. The conveyor brings cans to the gripping belt; the gripping belt carries each can past the cap-discharge port, where the cap is placed on the can and then pressed firmly closed by the capping wheel. Handwheels allow quick adjustment of the gripping belt width (for diameter changes) and capping wheel height (for cap height changes).
Processo de funcionamento
1Pneumatic suction nozzles draw caps from the elevated cap hopper into the cap chute.
2The conveyor brings cans to the gripping belt; the gripping belt carries each can past the cap-discharge port, where the cap is placed on the can and then pressed firmly closed by the capping wheel.
