Como funciona
Material flows from the silo via a pneumatic gate or belt feeder (VFD-modulated for fine metering) into the bagless-clamp weigh head. An independently suspended load cell stabilizes signal transmission for ±0.2–0.5% accuracy. When the target weight is reached, the gate releases material into the bag; the conveyor then transfers the filled bag to the stitcher. PLC links the packer, conveyor, stitcher and controller into a coordinated, ergonomic production line.
Processo de funcionamento
