Three-layer jacketed tank with water-bath electric heating: heater warms the jacket water which heats the inner gelatin chamber while the agitator (29 rpm) blends the gel material. Auto temperature control 0-100 C; vacuum-capable working pressure -0.09 to 0.08 MPa enables degassing. Hydraulic lid lift (400 mm stroke) for charging and cleaning; molten gel discharges to next stage.
