Como funciona

Spiral-rail vibrating bowl orients desiccant packs single-file along the inner wall of the disc. Material photoelectric sensor confirms a pack is present at the discharge; a bottle photoelectric sensor confirms a bottle is in position underneath; controller energises the blow solenoid (throttle-controlled airflow) to push exactly one pack into the bottle. Material-overlap photoelectric sensor prevents double drops. After each drop, vibration auto-pauses until the next bottle is detected. If no bottle for more than 5 seconds, the controller defaults to permanent vibration until the next bottle is detected.

Place on a sturdy, rigid table top; lock the 4 fixed foot-rings into shock-absorbing pads with screws. Rack must not flex or wobble — vibration on a soft rack produces noise and feeding errors. Keep the vibrating bowl clear of all other items. Controller connecting cable inserted into vibration disc; air tube connected to air source.

Limpeza e manutenção

Keep upper bowl clean and free of dust. If feeding becomes erratic, check the four internal vibration spring / metal dome groups for cracking, and check all screws for tightness. This step should be performed by professionals or under vendor guidance. Air source must be kept dry and clean to avoid clogging and damage to the solenoid valve.
