Como funciona
Bottles enter vertically through a feed worm (51K40GN-YFT motor + 5GN-60K gearbox) and are conveyed horizontally past a label-application station. A label-detection photoelectric (FCOTTER PFT-100) senses the label edge; a Fuji servo (GYB751D5-RC2) drives the label web at synchronized speed under Siemens PLC control. The label is wiped onto the bottle by a wheel-mounted applicator (51K40GN-YFT motor + 5GN-9K gearbox) while the bottle rotates on the conveyor. Bottle-presence photoelectric (Panasonic FX-501) confirms a bottle is present before applying. Label supply (4RK25GN-CT) and waste-paper take-up (4RK25GN-CT) motors are speed-matched. Variable-frequency drive (Siemens FC51-750W) sets the line speed.
