Como funciona
The glass-lined reactor uses a TJ16 acid-resistant blue glass lining for corrosion resistance. A heat/cool medium (steam, thermal oil, or cooling water) circulates through the jacket to control reaction temperature (−10 to 200 °C). The anchor agitator provides low-speed stirring; the 2020-type double mechanical seal prevents leakage; the glass-lined manual flush valve is used for discharge.
