Como funciona
Coiled stainless steel wire is fed in parallel through 4 heads. Each head crochets / crimps the wire into a continuous mesh tube, which is gathered, twisted, and pinched off at a programmable length to form one scouring ball. A counting system tracks each ball; speed and length govern the per-ball weight (5–80 g). The same machine can be configured to produce either flat or round (spherical) ball shapes.
