Como funciona

Operator places boxes into the 4-cavity aluminum oxide mold. The machine pulls vacuum from the sealed chamber, then injects three modified-atmosphere gases to extend shelf life. Photoelectric mark registration aligns the roll of sealing film to the printed pattern. The heating element heat-seals the film onto the box rim, producing a tight, leak-free, wrinkle-free seal. Omron PLC controls all automated sequences; Weinview touchscreen provides intelligent HMI.

1Operator places boxes into the 4-cavity aluminum oxide mold.
