Como funciona
The capsule-feed plate (LY12 aviation aluminum) moves vertically, conveying capsules from the hopper into the feed tube. Left/right independent lower-capsule switches open on the downstroke to release one row of capsules; a capsule comb catches them and a feed fork pushes them forward into the funnel. The patented vertical-rail compensation counter accumulates the count precisely; on reaching the set number the striker mechanism springs open automatically to stop dispensing. A photoelectric switch detects bottle arrival, then a cylinder locks the bottle in position for filling. The PLC controls inverter speed, pneumatic solenoid valves, photoelectric detection, and alarms.
Processo de funcionamento
1The capsule-feed plate (LY12 aviation aluminum) moves vertically, conveying capsules from the hopper into the feed tube.
