Como funciona
Bottles are conveyed on a belt and stopped at the filling station by a pneumatic bottle blocker. Product enters the 100 L inlet hopper and is distributed across 48 electromagnetic vibration channels (V-grooves), which separate and pace the product uniformly. Per-channel high-anti-dust photoelectric sensors count each item as it passes through. When each channel's preset count is reached, the unique flap-discharge mechanism opens and smoothly drops the dose into the bottle below, without impact or damage. A bottle-watching photoelectric eye verifies a bottle is present before counting begins (no bottle = no count). After the fill, the pneumatic blocker releases the bottle to the downstream capper or labeler.
