Como funciona
Tablet cores tumble in a perforated drum guided by streamline baffle plates (patented) for gentle, uniform mixing; HEPA-filtered (H13) heated inlet air (room temp to 80°C) flows through the bed and out through dust-collecting exhaust at controlled negative pressure; coating solution is delivered via peristaltic pump at constant pressure to four spray guns with 360° adjustable atomizing coverage, controlled by air pressure / spray pressure / flow on PLC; PLC + Siemens HMI logs and prints process data; integrated WIP automatically washes the drum, ducts and guns at >0.6 MPa with PLC-managed cycle and dry-out via compressed air.
