Como funciona
Motor drives a worm-and-worm-gear via timing belt, rotating a turret with 19 stamping dies clockwise. Each die passes through the sifting feeder, upper and lower guide rails, and upper and lower press wheels, executing a continuous feed/fill/press/eject cycle. A safety unloading device on the upper press wheel allows adjustable working-pressure setpoints; if pressure exceeds the setpoint, the press wheel displaces against a balancing spring, triggering an audible/visual buzzer signal and an automatic stop to prevent punch breakage. Transmission is sealed in an oil bath beneath the main body for lubrication, cooling, and wear resistance. A dust-absorbing auxiliary machine maintains negative pressure in the pressing room.

Pre-production: Clean all product-contact surfaces before starting. Post-shift: Remove residual powder after each shift and clean all machine parts. Long-term storage: Dismantle all punches and dies, clean the whole machine, coat glossy surfaces with anti-rust oil, and cover with cloth. General: Regularly clean production area; pharmaceutical and food production venues require dust-free conditions. Lubrication: Oil exposed parts with N46 (summer) or N32 (winter) mechanical oil in worm gear box; inject grease into oil nozzle fittings before each start; lubricate punches and guide rail with N32 mechanical oil (sparingly).
