SED-40YGJ-B fully-automatic turntable dust-proof capping machine. Cap diameter φ30–φ130 mm, bottle height 50–250 mm, cap height 5–15 mm (caps must be non-deformed with good rigidity). Output: adjustable, up to 25–40 cans/min. 304 stainless steel body (1.2 mm); blue imported acrylic safety cover (10 mm). Missing-cap alarm and auto-add-cap function. PLC + touchscreen control. Cap-feeding/sorting not included — optional cap elevator or vibratory bowl cap orienter. Conveyor belt: 2 m long × 0.9 m high × 114 mm wide; belt material: nylon POM. Dimensions: L2000 × W900 × H1650 mm; net weight: ~290 kg; gross weight: ~360 kg. Power: 0.8 kW; voltage: 220V 50/60Hz. Requires external air compressor (recommended 5 kW). Format change (different bottle diameter): replace turntable, cap slot, guard rails, capping wheel — ~40 min. Height adjustment only (same diameter): ~10 min. Suitable for PET plastic, iron, aluminum, and paper round-bottle dust-proof cap sealing.
