Como funciona
Powder is loaded through a hopper into a feed chamber where a double-cone variable-pitch screw (VFD-controlled, 10–50 rpm) pre-compacts and degases the material. A cycloidal pin-wheel reducer drives two opposed rollers (φ120×40 mm, 5–25 rpm, gap 0.2–0.5 mm) under hydraulic pressure (max 63 kg) that compress the powder into a flake. The flake then enters a granulation chamber where a VFD-driven rotating cutter shapes the flake into the desired granule size, which is sized through a screen mesh. Lift, feed, compact and granulate stations are interlocked. An energy-accumulator hydraulic system provides stable pressure.
