Como funciona
Bottles enter via upstream conveyor -> chain conveyor -> bottle separator (screw or starwheel) -> infeed starwheel -> pre-positioning -> photoelectric detection -> Labeling station 1 receives signal and feeds front label -> label rapidly applied to bottle -> bottle rotates 180° while pressing mechanism smooths label -> Labeling station 2 receives signal and feeds back label -> bottle reverse rotates 180° while pressing smooths back label -> finished products exit via chain conveyor. Eighteen-station design keeps infeed and outfeed inline. Cylinder cam track + elastic positioning pin enables labeling at any specified position. Servo motor drives label feed with single-motor paper take-up. Linear synchronization between feeding and main machine - infeed speed auto-adjusts to upstream line.
Processo de funcionamento
